Jackson Triumphs in 2025 Battle of the States Street Stock Feature at Whynot

(Meridian, MS - April 7th, 2025) – Caiden Jackson of Meridian, MS, led 19 out of 25 laps in a thrilling battle to capture the $1,000 prize in the Mississippi Street Stock Series Presented by Jackson Industrial Services / CRUSA Street Stock feature at Whynot Motorsports Park on Saturday night. Jackson, who started in the second position, fought hard through intense competition, including a fierce battle with Carl Kilgore and Logan Bright in the opening laps.

The race began with a three-wide battle as Kilgore, Jackson, and Bright exchanged positions, creating a thrilling spectacle for the fans. Kilgore, who had a fast car early on, led for six laps, but Jackson’s relentless charge proved too much to overcome. With his car dialed in, Jackson managed to power past Kilgore and never looked back, ultimately securing his third career victory in the Mississippi Street Stock Series.

Logan Bright, who started in third, rounded out the top two after challenging for the lead in the opening laps. Mark Thorne, who ran a strong race, finished third, with Carl Kilgore settling for fourth after leading early on in the race. Justin McRee, starting from seventh, rounded out the top five.

This victory marks Jackson’s third career win in the series, continuing the momentum from his impressive two-win season in 2024.
