Davenport Dominates for Feature Win at Paducah

(Paducah, KY – June 21, 2025) - Trey Davenport made it look easy Saturday night at Paducah International Raceway, leading all 14 laps of Feature 1 to capture a flag-to-flag victory. Starting from the pole position, Davenport set the tone early and never looked back, picking up a dominant win in front of a strong field of local competitors.

Dustin Rollins charged his way from the fourth starting spot to finish second, while Dylan Thompson made an impressive run from eighth to round out the podium in third. Brody Yarbrough and the night's biggest mover, Keaton Downing—who advanced eight positions from 13th to fifth—rounded out the top five.

The rest of the top ten included Mark Alan Bivens in sixth, Matt Cooper in seventh, Justin Russell in eighth, Brian Shaffer in ninth, and Cory Balkey, who started on the front row, finishing tenth. Ethan Burdette and Nolyn Forrester completed the running order, while Tanner Meals was unable to start the feature.

Earlier in the night, Davenport also claimed victory in Heat 1, holding off Meals and Yarbrough for the top spot. Heat 2 was won by Cory Balkey, who outran Rollins and Bivens in a competitive dash.

Paducah International Raceway will return to action on Thursday, June 27th, with an exciting lineup headlined by the Micro Sprints. The night will also feature racing in the Scrappers, Mod Lites, Junior Sprint, Restricted Winged Micros, Outlaw Winged Micros, Outlaw Non-Winged Micros, A-Wing, and Stock Non-Wing divisions.
