McDaniel & Herrington Win on July 4th Weekend at Cochran
(Cochran, GA – July 8, 2025) – Fireworks weren’t the only thing lighting up the sky this Fourth of July weekend at Cochran Motor Speedway, as over 100 cars packed the pit area and fans filled the grandstands for a spectacular night of action. From intense mid-race battles to last-lap charges, the holiday event delivered top-tier dirt racing excitement from start to finish.
McDaniel Masters the Late Model Sportsman Field
Wiley McDaniel rose to the occasion in the CRUSA Late Model Sportsman main event, holding off fierce challenges from both Kenny Collins and a hard-charging Richie Stephens to take home the $2,000 top prize.
