Crate Racin' USA Weekly Divisions Take Center Stage at Pine Ridge Speedway on August 2nd

(Baldwyn, MS - August 2nd, 2025) – The Crate Racin' USA Weekly Divisions provided an exciting night of racing at Pine Ridge Speedway on Saturday, August 2nd. With four divisions on the card, fans witnessed intense action as drivers battled for supremacy in the 604 Dirt Late Models, Modified Sportsman, Street Stocks, and 602 LM Sportsman classes.

CRUSA 604 Dirt Late Models (15-laps A Feature)
Eric Cooley (1S) dominated the 604 Dirt Late Model feature, claiming the win after starting from the pole position. Cooley, a consistent performer throughout the night, held off Oakley Gillespie (1G) who finished in second, while Bobby Jordan (J8) rounded out the top three after starting in the sixth position. The race was full of action, with the lead changing hands early, but Cooley’s experience and strategic racing ultimately saw him secure the victory.

CRUSA Modified Sportsman (15-laps A Feature)
In the Modified Sportsman division, Chad Williams (97) overcame a mid-pack start to claim the victory. Williams started from the fourth spot and gradually made his way to the front, passing Keith Coan (31) and Luke Riddle (28) to take the top spot. The race featured several lead changes, but Williams’ consistency in the latter stages of the race earned him the win.

CRUSA Street Stocks (12-laps A Feature)
Chad Thrash (05) showed his dominance in the Street Stock feature, winning the 12-lap race in commanding fashion. Thrash held off the competition, including Johnny Kelly (80) who finished second, and Scooter Ware (48) who came in third. Despite a few DNFs, the race provided close racing with Thrash proving to be the driver to beat.

CRUSA 602 LM Sportsman (15-laps A Feature)
The 602 LM Sportsman feature delivered a thrilling race, with Chace Pennington (54) taking home the win after starting from pole position. Pennington had to withstand heavy pressure from Brett White (44) who finished second, and Covy Parsons (12) who completed the top three. The field was stacked, with several drivers making impressive charges through the field.
