Cameron & Finley Win Friday Night Action at North Alabama
(Tuscumbia, AL – April 5, 2026) – After the postponement of the Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Sportsman Tour “Rumble by the River” due to expected weekend rain, North Alabama Speedway shifted gears and delivered a full night of weekly racing on Friday, April 3rd—and the fans in attendance were treated to an exciting night of action across all divisions.
A strong field of eight drivers signed in for the CRUSA Late Model Sportsman division, and it was Timmie Cameron who rose to the occasion. Cameron set the tone early by topping Z Speed Shop Qualifying with a blistering lap of 14.629 seconds before backing it up in the feature.
Cruz Wallace led the opening circuit of the 15-lap main event, but Cameron quickly took over on lap two and never looked back. The driver of the No. 18TC machine led the remaining 14 laps to secure the victory in convincing fashion. Wallace settled for second, followed by Steven Isbell in third.
