Mullins Doubles Up at Super Bee with Gulf South Crate Racing Association

(Eastaboga, AL - June 11, 2025) — It was a clean sweep in Chatham, Louisiana, as Bubba Mullins of West Monroe, LA, dominated both nights of Gulf South Crate Racing Association competition at Super Bee Speedway, pocketing a total of $3,000 and making a strong statement in the 2025 points chase.

Night 1 – Friday, June 6
Mullins started his weekend in commanding fashion by claiming the pole position and leading the field to the checkered flag in Friday night’s $1,500-to-win main event. Despite challenges from several competitors, Mullins remained poised out front to score the win in the Gulf South tour opener at Super Bee.

Zachary Heflin crossed the line in second, followed by Rob Litton, the series founder and former winner this season at Revolution Park. Tyler Owens and a hard-charging Waylon Morris, who rallied from 12th, rounded out the top five.

Only seven cars were running at the conclusion of the feature, setting the stage for another high-stakes showdown on Saturday.
