American Crate Late Model Series 2025 Schedule Announced
(Dallas, TX - February 5th, 2025) - The American Crate Late Model Series, presented by Smiley's Racing Products, is gearing up for an unforgettable 2025 season! With a jam-packed schedule, thrilling rivalries, and the largest point fund in the series' history, this year promises to be a milestone in crate late model racing.
The season kicks off in spectacular fashion with a showdown against the Gulf South Crate Racing Association. The series will go head-to-head at Sabine Speedway in Many, LA, on March 21st, followed by a thrilling night at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, LA, on March 22nd. It's a battle you won't want to miss as two powerhouse organizations face off early in the season.
After a competitive start, the American Crate Late Model Series will visit a host of incredible tracks throughout the year, culminating in the $2,500-to-win Jerry Shipp Memorial race in May. The summer kicks off with the Lone Star Freedom Speed Weeks in July, where drivers will compete over three consecutive nights starting at Hunt County Raceway, followed by Rocket Raceway Park, and wrapping up at the bullring of Grayson County Speedway.
Another key highlight this year will be the Doug Ingalls Classic at Ark-La-Tex Speedway on September 12-13, where fans and competitors alike will be treated to two nights of exciting racing action.
The season will conclude with the South Texas Shootout at the beautiful South Texas Race Ranch in Corpus Christi, TX, in November, where a champion will be crowned for the 2025 series.
The American Crate Late Model Series is also proud to announce the richest point fund in its history! The top ten drivers in the season-long standings will be rewarded handsomely, with the following prize breakdown:
1st: $7,500
2nd: $5,000
3rd: $3,500
4th: $3,000
5th: $2,500
6th: $2,200
7th: $2,000
8th: $1,700
9th: $1,400
10th: $1,200
Note: 90% attendance is required, and the prize money will be prorated for those not meeting the attendance threshold.
Rookie of the Year Fund
New drivers will have a chance to shine with a Rookie of the Year Point Fund sponsored by Texas General Mechanical. The top three rookie drivers will receive the following:
1st: $500
2nd: $300
3rd: $200
The 2024 American Crate Late Model Series Champion, Beau Begnaud of Springs, TX, will return to defend his title. Beau's impressive performance in 2024 earned him the crown, and he will look to continue his success in the 2025 season.
