Street Stock World Championship This Weekend at Whynot!
(Eastaboga, AL – April 29, 2025) – The "House of Hook" is set to welcome the best of the best to Meridian, MS this weekend for the 3rd Annual Street Stock World Championship at the always-thrilling Whynot Motorsports Park. The Rogers-Dabbs Street Stock Division and the Mississippi Street Stock Series (MSSS), presented by Jackson Industrial Services, will co-sanction the $8,000-to-win main event on Saturday night.
Mississippi Street Stock Series Director Shannon Hiers emphasized the importance of this event to his series: "Having races like the Street Stock World Championship on the MSSS schedule is a true blessing." Hiers also shared his appreciation for the role Whynot Motorsports Park has played in the series' growth: "I personally owe a lot of the success of the MS Street Stock Series to Rodney Wing and Whynot Motorsports Park."
This weekend’s race marks the sixth event on the 2025 MSSS schedule and the second visit this season to Whynot Motorsports Park. The season opener was also held at Whynot on April 5, where Caiden Jackson took the win. Jackson has since added another victory at Baton Rouge Raceway in Baker, LA on April 25.

Drivers and teams will begin arriving on Thursday, May 1, for open practice in all divisions. Friday, May 2, will feature preliminary action, followed by last-chance races and all main events on Saturday, May 3.
Friday night racing will feature:
Factory Stock – $600 to win
CRUSA Late Model Sportsman – $600 to win
Enduro – $250 to win
Saturday night’s headline event includes:
CRUSA/MSSS Street Stocks – $8,000 to win
Non-Qualifier Features – $500 to win (every entry will compete in a paying feature)
Factory Stock – $750 to win
CRUSA Late Model – $1,000 to win
Open Wheel Modified – $600 to win
The entire weekend will be broadcast live on Crate Racin' USA TV on Friday and Saturday. Viewers can purchase a weekend package or single-day pass at crateracinusa.tv.
