CRUSA Street Stocks Headline Southern Raceway Easter Weekend Special
(Eastaboga, AL – April 2, 2026) – Another action-packed night of racing is set to roll into Southern Raceway this Saturday night as the facility hosts its annual Easter Race, featuring a full lineup of weekly divisions and a special night of family-friendly activities.
Headlining the night’s racing program will be the CRUSA Street Stocks, competing for a $1,000 top prize as drivers look to score an early-season victory in Crate Racin’ USA weekly competition. The Bomber division will also be in action racing for $500 to win, alongside a full card including Modified, Vintage, Pure Stock, Crown Vic, and Slingshot divisions.
While the on-track action promises plenty of excitement, Southern Raceway is also delivering one of its most anticipated nights off the track with a full slate of Easter-themed activities for fans of all ages.
Families are encouraged to arrive early as the evening will feature an Easter Egg Hunt on the front straightaway divided by age groups, giving kids a chance to join in on the fun before racing begins. In addition, at least 20 lucky children will take home brand new bicycles during the evening’s bicycle giveaways. Fans will also have the opportunity to take photos with the Easter Bunny, while kids can enjoy a bounce house and playground area throughout the night.
Pit gates will open at 3:00 PM, followed by general admission gates at 4:30 PM. Drivers will meet at 5:00 PM, with hot laps scheduled for 5:30 PM and racing set to go green at 6:30 PM.
General admission is $15, with children 12 and under admitted free. Pit passes are $35 for adults, $20 for ages 6–12, and free for children 5 and under.
