Miller & Wallace Score CRUSA Wins at North Alabama
(Tuscumbia, AL – March 22, 2026) – Weekly racing roared back to life Saturday night at North Alabama Speedway, as a full slate of competition to the high-banked oval. Crate Racin’ USA (CRUSA) divisions headlined the action alongside Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, 365 Late Models, Buzz, and Vintage divisions, setting the tone for an exciting year ahead.
CRUSA Late Model Sportsman:
A strong six-car field took the green for the Z Speed Shop A Feature, and it was Cruz Wallace who put together a dominant performance from the pole position. Wallace led all 15 laps uncontested, showcasing both speed and consistency en route to the season-opening victory.
Behind him, Nick Morris turned in an impressive drive, charging from sixth to second to earn Hard Charger honors with a +4 performance. Noel Bailey completed the podium in third, followed by Kevin Pace in fourth. Early contenders John Sands and Sonya Vaden both fell out of the event before the finish.
Wallace’s strong night began in qualifying, where he topped the charts with a lap of 15.561 seconds. Vaden and Sands followed closely behind in second and third, respectively, setting the stage for the feature.

CRUSA Modified Sportsman:
The CRUSA Modified Sportsman division delivered one of the most competitive races of the night, featuring a thrilling battle for the lead. Keith Coan paced the opening six laps after starting from the pole, but Jarrett Miller surged forward and took command on lap seven.
Once out front, Miller never looked back, leading the final nine circuits to secure the opening night victory. Coan held on for second, while Marty May completed the top three. Blake Cross and Cory Turner rounded out the top five in a competitive seven-car field.
Earlier in the evening, Coan captured the heat race win, with Miller and May following closely behind, foreshadowing their strong feature performances.

The facility will roar back to life on Saturday, April 4th with the 602 Rumble by the River, featuring the Rogers-Dabbs Performance Parts Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Sportsman Tour alongside a full program of support divisions.
