Mullins Dominates CRUSA Late Model Action at Super Bee
(Chatham, LA - May 9, 2026) – Bubba Mullins put together a flawless performance on Friday night at Super Bee Speedway, leading all 20 laps of the CRUSA Late Model feature to capture the victory during weekly racing action in Chatham, Louisiana.
Mullins started from the pole position aboard the No. 9X machine and never looked back, surviving challenges from Darin Patrick and Seth Traweek to secure the win over the eight-car field. The victory capped off an impressive night for Mullins, who also picked up the heat race win earlier in the evening.
Darin Patrick drove the No. 14 machine to a strong runner-up finish after starting third, while Seth Traweek completed the podium in third after beginning alongside Mullins on the front row. Richie Patton crossed the line in fourth, with Waylon Morris rounding out the Top-5 finishers.
Patton was quickest in qualifying with a fast lap of 14.954 seconds before Mullins took control of the heat race and feature event.
