Xtreme Speedway Set for 2026 Season Opener
(Eastaboga, AL – April 8, 2026) – A new season of dirt track racing is set to begin this weekend at Xtreme Speedway, as the North Alabama facility officially launches its 2026 campaign with a full night of racing, highlighted by a $2,000-to-win Limited Late Model feature and the annual Night of Champions celebration.
Saturday night’s program will not only mark the first green flag of the season, but also the first official points race of 2026, setting the stage for a new championship chase across all divisions. Drivers will be looking to get an early jump in the standings while fans are treated to a full slate of competitive racing.
Headlining the night will be the Limited Late Model (365) division, competing for a $2,000 winner’s share. In addition, all weekly classes will be in action, including CRUSA Late Model Sportsman, CRUSA Modified Sportsman, Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Front Wheel Drive.
Prior to the night’s racing action, Xtreme Speedway will honor its 2025 track champions as part of the annual Night of Champions ceremony, recognizing the drivers who stood atop their respective divisions last season.
Pit gates and grandstands will open at 4:00 PM, with the drivers meeting scheduled for 6:30 PM. Hot laps will follow as the 2026 season officially gets underway.
