Jarvis Leads the Way on Meet the Drivers Night at Deep South
(Loxley, AL - April 5, 2026) – Deep South Speedway welcomed fans and teams for a special “Meet the Drivers” night on Saturday evening, as a strong field of CRUSA Dirt Late Models headlined the program at the Loxley, Alabama facility. With 14 entries on hand, fans had the opportunity to meet their favorite drivers before the action, setting the stage for an exciting night of racing.
When the green flag dropped on the feature event, it was Taylor Jarvis who capitalized on his front row starting position to take control early. Jarvis set the pace from the outset and never looked back, fending off challenges from a competitive field to secure the victory in convincing fashion.
Shannon Lee worked his way forward to claim a strong runner-up finish, while Joey Moxley charged through the field to round out the podium in third. Briar Cheatham and Osman Jones completed the top five in a hard-fought feature.
Randy Darby showed early speed by qualifying second quickest on the night, while Jarvis backed up his performance with a fast time of 16.289 seconds in qualifying to set the tone for his dominant evening.

Deep South Speedway will return to action on Saturday, April 18th with a fan-favorite “Throwback to the 90s” night. The evening will feature CRUSA Dirt Late Models along with Modifieds, Pure Stocks, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks, Stingers, and IMCA Modifieds.
