TST Cup Point Night #2 Set for Saturday at Talladega
(Eastaboga, AL – April 29, 2026) – The 2026 championship chase continues this weekend at Talladega Short Track as the spotlight turns to TST Cup Point Night #2 this Saturday, May 2 at the famed “Hornet’s Nest.”
Following an exciting start to the season, drivers across all divisions now shift their focus toward gaining valuable ground in the TST Cup Championship standings, where every position on the track could make the difference in the title fight.
Fans can expect a full night of high-speed, door-to-door racing on the high-banked red clay oval, with a complete slate of divisions scheduled to compete. Classes in action will include TST Sportsman, Crate Racin’ USA Late Models, CRUSA Late Model Sportsman, CRUSA Modified Sportsman, Factory Stocks, Hot Shots, and Mini Stocks.
Talladega Short Track has long been known for its close-quarters racing and electric atmosphere, and with the points battle beginning to take shape, intensity will be at an all-time high from the drop of the green flag.

Saturday night’s program will see gates open at 5:00 PM, with hot laps set for 7:00 PM, leading into a full night of racing action under the lights.
Grandstand admission is set at $15, with kids 9 and under admitted free. Pit passes are $35 for adults, $20 for kids ages 6–12, and free for children 5 and under.
